Yes. Once you purchase a plan, we can point your existing domain (e.g. mypawshoppe.co.uk) to your LocalAppointments site. You simply update a DNS record with your domain registrar and your site is live on your own address within a few hours.
You can set a deposit amount and a payment link (Stripe or PayPal) for each individual service. When a customer books through the chatbot, they are shown the deposit amount and a direct link to pay it. This reduces no-shows significantly and ensures you are compensated for your time if a customer cancels late.
